Question on Scrum Board.
Is there a way to use the scrum board with other issue type then Epic, Story, Task and sub tasks?
For example, I want to use my backlog board with issues from Jira Service management (custom Customer Request type and issue types)
Customer request type: Windows Server Creation
Issue type: Project

Yes, you can. You just need to update the board filter used for the scrum board to include the identified tickets from the JSM project. And make sure the workflow statuses of that ticket are mapped to the correct columns in your scrum board.
However, in order to transition tickets in the board, the user performing the transition would need to have a JSM license.
