Agile Board not showing ay issues with a custom status of 'Code Review'

I'm using Jira 5.1 and Greenhopper 6.1.5. I've added a custom status of 'Code Review'. If the issues's status of an issue transitions from 'In Progress' to 'Code Review' (which is a customised Workflow transition), that issue is automatically removed from the Sprint. This is not the desired behaviour.

Can you please advise?

Look at the board configuration. Probably the new status isn't being associated with a column or the status is not included in the filter underlying the board!
