Hello Jeff,

Good Team retrospectives are absolutely key. You will want to move past the "What-went-well, What-went-poorly, What-do-we-want-to-fix/improve" format. There are many good resources on the Web (and many not-so-good); I would highly recommend you start with (and study for quite a while) Diana Larsen and Esther Derby's "Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great" book!
