I want to discuss that how should the individual's performance be measured which can help management for individual's appraisals and can help individuals to achieve their career goals which they set.
It's true that agile supports team performance but I think that individual's performance also should be measured for their improvement.
Should team performance also be considered for individual's evaluation?
Hi @Ashish If you are working on some agile development framework, you dont worry about individual performance whatever the metric of the team, it also represents an individual measure of each team member.

Thanks for the response. You are right but what if there is no fix team as some of the team members are working on 2 different projects? In our company, we are trying to set individual's goals also so everyone will be able to know the weaknesses and strengths and can improve themselves also.
