Best practice to add CE/enhancement to completed Epic

Hi,

2 scenarios, would be glad to know how would you manage each:

1. I have epic that reached to end, for example "Integration with site search" and the Epic was rechereached to an end and was launched. A month later the product owner want to add a User Story scale feature. For example: the ability to return best sellers that are relevant to the search first.  But it is a "stand alone". Would you simply create a user story and not associate it with any Epic? /"revive" the old Epic?/ Create an additional Epic "Site search enhancement"?
2. Same as above, but a few additional User stories, maybe 2-3
