Hey there Community!
My name is Vannya Vallejo, the Channel Communication Specialist at Atlassian and I want to help Atlassian users like you learn a little bit more about our Solution Partners and how they can help you leverage our tools.
Before we go any further let me answer the question that might have popped into some of your minds, what is a Solution Partner? Solution Partners provide the services, implementation, consulting, and unique solutions that help you create what's next. Their services together with Atlassian’s suite of products are a recipe for success.
This month I am sharing a little bit about Forty8Fifty Labs, an Atlassian Platinum Solutions Partner based in Atlanta, GA. Their focus revolves around Agile, DevOps, ITSM, Container platforms, and IT Automation. Their customers count on them to bring value to their businesses by enabling quality, security, and speed to market through the software supply chain. They consult on many topics including:
Improving business and development teams collaboration tools and processes to speed delivery of initiatives and gain competitive advantage
Enabling quality and security through the CI/CD toolchain to deliver security code to production
Designing enterprise-ready lean ITSM solutions
Providing knowledge and services for deploying, managing, and operating cloud-ready architectures for rapidly evolving services and software.
Their uniqueness stems from both their skills and corporate lineage. While only being in business as Forty8Fifty Labs for 4 years, they gained the advantages of their parent company Veristor, Inc. The expertise of Forty8Fifty Labs’ teams combined with the 20+ years of market experience and resources of Veristor, allows Forty8Fifty Labs to offer unique perspectives to CIO’s and Executives at their customer companies.
what they’ve found while helping their customers:
Forty8Fifty Labs takes pride in providing “no BS” technology solutions, consulting, and services to mid-market and larger companies as well as meet the financial and legal needs of larger Enterprise buyers.
In their interaction with customers, they’ve found it best to not just accept requirements but make recommendations on not just “future state” but the “better state” of things. Not every customer feels that what they are currently doing could be done better but more often just want to do it in a different tool.
For them, it's not just about going with the flow. It’s about bringing honesty and integrity to the conversation while breaking down to customers the reality many don't want to face, this includes:
1. There's no need to reinvent, scale or automate bad processes and practices.
This is reflected both in their solutions and engagement style which results in a very much “No BS” solutions but a sincere “we have your best interest at heart” mentality.
2. Tool bandage isn't a real solution
Like Spiraling down the Webmed symptoms before a trip to the doctor and thinking all you really need is a doctor's validation and prescribed medication, the doctor will still perform a checkup and prescribe treatment based on analysis, regardless of what you think is wrong. Forty8Fifty Labs is not a minute clinic. They take their time to understand what is really going on and create solutions focused on real business outcomes and not just trying to squeeze in a new tool as a bandage.
3. Coordination is key
Forty8Fifty Labs has had great success in helping customers address the new landscape of ITSM that is emerging. With a focus on how ITSM and DevOps can work in concert, they look for ways to help customers implement processes and integrations that are meant to scale. They assist customers by helping them implement a more nimble ITSM solution that enables them to automate responses from everything such as IT service requests to automating responses to Audit Compliance. In addition, they help companies leverage processes and technologies that make it easier to be coordinated across multiple teams in critical events while also having a controlled avenue to disseminate information to their consumer.
So whether you have long or short terms goals, Partners like Forty8Fifty Labs can help you create what is next. Going to Summit 2020? Find them in the Expo Hall or use the Partner Directory to connect with them or a Partner near you today →
