“No BS” technology solutions with Forty8Fifity

Hey there Community!

My name is Vannya Vallejo, the Channel Communication Specialist at Atlassian and I want to help Atlassian users like you learn a little bit more about our Solution Partners and how they can help you leverage our tools.

Before we go any further let me answer the question that might have popped into some of your minds, what is a Solution Partner? Solution Partners provide the services, implementation, consulting, and unique solutions that help you create what's next. Their services together with Atlassian’s suite of products are a recipe for success.

This month I am sharing a little bit about Forty8Fifty Labs, an Atlassian Platinum Solutions Partner based in Atlanta, GA. Their focus revolves around Agile, DevOps, ITSM, Container platforms, and IT Automation. what they’ve found while helping their customers:

Forty8Fifty Labs takes pride in providing “no BS” technology solutions, consulting, and services to mid-market and larger companies as well as meet the financial and legal needs of larger Enterprise buyers.

  Like Spiraling down the Webmed symptoms before a trip to the doctor and thinking all you really need is a doctor's validation and prescribed medication, the doctor will still perform a checkup and prescribe treatment based on analysis, regardless of what you think is wrong. Forty8Fifty Labs is not a minute clinic. They take their time to understand what is really going on and create solutions focused on real business outcomes and not just trying to squeeze in a new tool as a bandage. 

3. Coordination is key 

 Forty8Fifty Labs has had great success in helping customers address the new landscape of ITSM that is emerging. With a focus on how ITSM and DevOps can work in concert, they look for ways to help customers implement processes and integrations that are meant to scale. They assist customers by helping them implement a more nimble ITSM solution that enables them to automate responses from everything such as IT service requests to automating responses to Audit Compliance. In addition, they help companies leverage processes and technologies that make it easier to be coordinated across multiple teams in critical events while also having a controlled avenue to disseminate information to their consumer.
