Thanks for sharing. Additionally, since collaboration is an important part of building agile teams, I feel in order to get new teammates develop their agile mindset and to work together seamlessly, it is  important to encourage empathy in team. Being able to understand each other and how our differences can actually help one another and improve what we do is a crucial part of successful teamwork.

Try to get your teammates out of there comfort zone and let them develop other/new skills. In that way they are growing as a person, but also the team will benefit from more T-shape profiles (both in doing and in thinking).
