I am trying to login to Jira and confluence cloud on iOS 12 apps. I am getting "We couldn't find a site" message. I am able to login with no issues from desktop and mobile safari. Also my account shows that it's logged on successfully on those devices in 'Recent Devices' section. Any ideas on how to make this work?
Thank You.
Hi, Chandana.
I was wondering if you are using SAML to log in to your Atlassian Cloud site since we have a similar question asked before - Unable to log in to Jira Cloud iPhone App with iPhone 6S. Can you please confirm on that? Since you mentioned that you are still able to log in using the mobile browser, this was the thing that I came across.
Please keep me posted. Thank you.
I have the same problem. Mobile browsers work, iOS app doesn’t.

I found a workaround. Connected through email/pass and not through Google SSO.
