Why does my timeline show Old Sprints?

Hey There, in Advanced Roadmaps, why does the Timeline show .. old Sprints, ones that I do not see in JIRA Software?

Hello Mike,

Did you get an answer already? I have stumbled over the same or similar issue,

I described it as "A ticket is planned in sprint C, and in Advanced Roadmaps it shows sprint A in sprints field/column".

According my information this is a "bug"/design decision of Atlassian.

Regards,

Hans

What I have found, and was told it is a reported bug, is .. if you have a User Story in a Sprint, the Sprint Ends and the User Story is not closed .. if you put the User Story in the Backlog, rather than a new Sprint ... The User Story will still show in the Old Sprint in Advanced Roadmap...
