Why do my "field" column width settings on my Jira Plan not reflect when I share a link to my Plan?

When I set up my jira plan to look as I want it to look with the right issue and field columns at the right width setting to make it look perfect, then when I click Share As > Link.

When I send the link to others to view the read-only Plan it messes up all the column widths for fields and makes it look awful.

I need the Plan I share to look exactly as I set it up to look before I shared it because the stakeholders I am sending it to will not know how to adjust the columns to make it look as needed and they can't read the plan properly and won't get full value from the Plan.

This is how i set it up:

When I share the link and they open it it looks like this:

It's quite frustrating.
