Why aren't any of my issues importing to my portfolio?

I am creating a roadmap for my team using the Scrum board that we use on a daily basis and a Kanban board that I made for voting on Epics. Both are working as expected. However, when I select these two boards as my import sources, no issues are imported. Is there a filter that I may be missing?

Side note: Another team in our company has made a similar roadmap and it is working as expected, but I am unable to replicate their results.
