Why are issues removed from sprint after start not counted to commitment?

Hi, issue was in the sprint and after sprint started issue was removed, sprint report doesn't show this issue as the issue removed from sprint and also issue is not counted to commitment.

Welcome to the community.

As state in the documentation you only issue resolved with be counted in the report

The Sprint Report includes only issues that were completed while the sprint was in progress.
