Hello I am new to Jira and did just do my first update.

I did have a new install of 8.0.0 with Jira Core, Software and Service Desk. Additional to this I did have two apps installed:  Portfolio and Tempo (Tempo is now with Trial Expired).

After an upgrade to 8.0.2 of Jira Core, with subsequent install of Software and Service Desk (incl. re-index). After upgrade the upgrade report tells me that one user apps is disabled and I notice that Portfolio seams not to be running. ( I notice this by looking in the top menu where there is no Portfolio.)

When I look in "Find new apps" I see, this:

When I look in "Manage apps" this is the only ones with Portfolio I see:

I also see this one, that seems to be an error?

Do you have any suggestions. to what I can do to get Portfolio back?
Thanks

Hey Kailow,

It looks like Portfolio roadmap plugin is corrupted during install. Could you please uninstall Portfolio plans and Team Management plugins and try re-installing Portfolio for Jira from the market place?

Regards,
Raathi

Hello Raathi,

I have now done that, Portfolio plans and Team Management are now uninstalled. I did try to restart Jira. The com.radiantminds.roadmaps-jira is still installed. There is no uninstall and I can't figure out how to uninstall it manually. Here is a list of files in WEB-INF/lib/ I don't know which to try and delete.

Furthermore, in "Find new apps", "Portfolio for Jira" is still listed as installed, so I can only click Manage, not install or Free trial. In hopes of repairing the installation I did try, to download the app, so I could manually install it. When I click download in My Atlassian licenses overview, it sends me to the marketplace where I can't download files.

Can you suggest further action?

Thanks for your help.
