Unable to see all expected details in sprint capacity information window

Hi,

I am trying to use the Advanced Roadmap to estimate capacity and plan sprints.  When I look at screenshots in help documentation I see additional information in the Sprint Capacity Information Window (as its referred to) which I am NOT seeing on my actual roadmap.  (see screenshots)

ACTUAL:

EXPECTED:

Because of this, I'm unable to see important info like status, or adjust sprint capacity directly in that window, as suggested in this document - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/change-iteration-capacity-from-your-timeline/

Any suggestions for how to make the extra details appear?

Thanks,

Sergio

Hi @Sergio

You are referencing Cloud documentation but you seems to use SERVER/DC version.

Both app do not have the same feature. This on in particular seems to be available only on cloud for now.

Ah, thank you!  Unfortunate, but that makes sense.  Appreciate the quick response.
