Unable to see all Stories listed under EPICS in JIRA Advanced roadmap

Vishal Mahendra June 15, 2023

Hi,
The problem is, there are 4 stories linked to an epic, but I am only able to see 2 of them in the roadmap. (View settings - By component)

I have checked every story has labels and components which are needed for items to show up in the roadmap.

What can be wrong? need urgent help here. Thanks!

Hi @Vishal Mahendra and welcome to the Community!

Are any of your stories by any change already resolved? After some time (30 days by default), resolved issues are hidden from the Advanced Roadmaps view.

You can check in Plan Settings > Exclusion rules. While you are there, make sure that there's nothing else hiding the issues. Finally, make sure there's no additional filter settings applied that may hide the additional stories.

Hope this helps!

I have the same issue. I'm able to see most of my stories/bugs under my epic but not all of them. I have compared the properties and all look the same. Did you managed to solve it?
