Unable to drag & drop Epics under Hierarchy

Edited

Help!  I'm sure I'm missing a step.. hoping the community can help me! I've added a new issue type to my Roadmap hierarchy (Inititative).

I unable to drag & drop my Epics under the Initiatives as I expected to.

Any advice on how to troubleshoot this?  I am in a NexGen product

Thanx!

@Catherine Schwartz -

Assuming you setup your issue hierarchy correctly, if so, then you need change the plan's view to sorting by rank to support drag and drop of issues within a plan.

Hope this helps.
