Unable to display Initiatives on the roadmap

1.  Created a new project in Next-gen

2. Created an Issue Type of 'Initiative'

3. Added the Issue Type into Advanced Roadmap Hierarchy Level (#1) and saved

4. Created initiative and saved

Message:  Your issue has been created but is not currently visible as it does not match your project???  I've followed all instructions to add the Issue type and put it into the AR Hierarchy?
