Team members over-all capacity in portfolio board

Hi,

I'm creating my first portfolio board, where I gahtered info from 3 different JIRA-boards (2 scrum, 1 kanban).

The 3 boards have 3 teams assigned to their own project (board) tasks.

Some team members work for 2 or even the 3 projects, thus have tasks from different boards assigned to them.

When I create an overview in this portfolio board, the total capacity of such a member is not cumulated but seperately divided into the number of project-tasks.

How can I visualize the total, overall workload of a 'mixed' teammember in the period of the 4 weeks?

Thanks for your help,

Krikke

Hello Krikke,

Currently the availability of a user in a team is going to be a manually associated breakdown.  i.e. if a user is in two teams and works 40 hours a week and is going to allocate 50% of their time to each team then set 20 hours for that use on each team.

Then Please add your vote to the following Feature Requests to help track interest in this functionality and expanded this for better cross plan/project team capacity planning:

Regards,
Earl
