Shared Teams Capacity and Plan Priority

Hello,

I am trying to figure it out how the capacity on the Shared teams work across the multiple plans. So for Example I have shared team with 200 hours capacity, assigned on 3 different Plans in one Program. Does each of those 3 plans use 200 hours capacity from that team or it use only the available capacity. Let's say 1st one use 100 hours and other 2 uses 50 hours each that is in total of 200 hours?

Second thing is how can I prioritize certain plans or issues in plans across the program?
