Scheduling starts in the past (Portfolio 2.x)

We are using Advanced Roadmaps (old interface) for calculating our KANBAN backlog. In the past so far everything worked fine, but since some weeks, suddenly the scheduler started calculating the dates in the past (07.06.2021, current date is 22.06.2021).

I checked some entries in the community for help, but I didn't find any helpful hint which relates to our problem. 

Are there any ideas how I can debug and solve this issue?

Just to summarize the solution of this issue, worked out with the help from the Atlassian Support (many thanks to the Atlassian team!), to be available for the community:

The effect was caused by an open story which was assigned to a not closed sprint (the majority of our teams are using KANBAN, but there are also some teams which are doing sprints) which started on 07. June. Therefore, the scheduler started calculation still on 07. June. Assigning the not closed story to a future sprint and closing the old sprint, caused the scheduler to behave as expected again.
