We use Target Start Date and Target End date fields within Outcome/Epics to identify when a certain Business objectives are being completed. This is the same we use in the Plan view within advance roadmaps. The dates in the scheduling section also uses the same two fields.
However, when I try to build a "Program view" using the plan, its giving me two other fields, "Scheduled Start" and "Scheduled End" which for some issues, takes the Target Start date and Target End date from the issue, but doesn't from majority of the issuetypes even if they have them. I tried syncing the program, but that too doesn't seem to fix the problem.
Can anyone help me understand how to fix this issue?
