Resource planning using advanced roadmap without sprints

Hello dear community,

My team works with parallel projects with shared resources and we are tracking work on separate jira projects for each topic. We do not work in sprints, it's mostly kanban and also there is no practice of using story points. However, as a project manager I wish to plan my shared resources better and their time against Tasks from different projects.

Using advanced roadmap, is it possible for me to plan my resources by hours? Is there any alternative options for me with which I can achieve this? TIA
