We are long-time Jira users, but only recently have started working in what used to be Portfolio, now Advanced Roadmaps/Plans.

Is there any way to reference the teams created in a plan (or shared teams created in Team Management) on a Jira ticket? Since it's possible to assign a ticket to a Team in the plans, we were hoping that there would be a custom field that could carry that value onto the Jira ticket itself. Is this possible?

Hi @Esther Strom ,

It is possible. See this doc that explains how.

Cheers,

Roi

Thank you! When I saw the doc I was set to say that it was server-specific, but I tried it on our Cloud instance and it does work.
