Portfolio Plan Data Is Not Updated In DB

I am looking for portfolio plan data in the DB,
I querying the AO_D9132D_ASSIGNMENT_EXT table and I see the data
but when I change  specific field or remove issue from my plan (from the Advanced Roadmaps UI) I don't see any change in the DB.

My question is why I don't see the changes in the DB , maybe I looking in the wrong table

I would be happy for help and guidance
