Portfolio: I lost the ability to edit the Plans I created in Portfolio

I am trying to bring back to Portfolio the Issue that I excluded from the Plan by mistake.  From what I understand I could do on one of the edit pages of my Plan, but I am not able to edit any of the Plans I created. I can delete them though. I have Jira Admin role both in Global Permissions area and Portfolio.  And I believe I had edit ability initially.

Could somebody help?
