In Jira Advanced Roadmap, is it possible to create a plan that we defined in a big planning session and an actual plan of what the actual execution of the plan looks like right now.
We would like to put the planning and the actual side by side all the time. The goal is to see how big our deviations from the "planned" plan are.
Is that possible to create something like that in Jira Advanced Roadmaps?
Thanks for any help!
You can use Scenario's for that!
Scenarios let you experiment with how work is scheduled across different versions of your plan. With multiple scenarios in place, it's easier to assess the impact of unplanned risks on the ability of your teams to deliver work on time.
