Plan doesn´t load anything (Initiative Level Problem)

Edited

Hello all,

I just recently started testing Portfolio and I have a blocking impediment. After following the instruction in the portfolio guide (article: "Adding the initiative level to multiple projects") and relating the project containing the initiatives, plan that includes (only) the project with the initiatives does not load any data. The initiative issue type in JIRA has been added as instructed, the mapping of the hirarchy level has been done according to the instructions as well.

Do you have any idea what could cause this problem?

Using the server version...

Warm regards!!

Hello @Björn pauli

thank you for trying Portfolio. Would you mind telling a version number you use and if you are using the new experience?

One of the things to check is hierarchy filter, which could be set to the Epic level by default in which case all initiatives will be filtered out.
