Hierarchy settings in Advanced Roadmaps include Portfolio Epics - Capabilities - Features - Epics - Stories

@Harald Richter Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When you say that Epics and Stories don't come up, do you mean that they are not visible in the Plan?

A couple of questions:

  • Have you selected the correct hierarchy in the plan?
  • Are Epic and Stories part of the issue source (i.e. in scope)?
  • Could you share a screenshot of what's happening and where?
