Original Estimate & Task Estimate
Hi, i am struggeling with the Estimation. How do we use it correctly ?
Our Process is: the PO creates an EPIC with some Descripton what to do. He will set the Original Estimate to 3d.
Then the User who will solve the EPIC will create some Tasks, e.g. with Sub-Tasks.
Now, in Portfolio, the Original Estimate of the Epic add's the original estimates from the Task.
We don't realy want to change to EPIC Story Point's ;-(
Is the Any Idea how we can act ?
