Missing Settings Icon in Advanced Roadmaps (Jira)

I recently gained access to Advanced Roadmaps in Jira. While setting up a roadmap and reviewing Atlassian’s tutorials and documentation, I noticed that the settings icon in the top-right corner—shown in demo videos for configuring features like issue hierarchy above epics—is missing in my Jira.

Could you please advise if there's a way to enable this feature? What could be the reasons for the settings icon not appearing in our instance?

If you are on Data Center

You do not have access to AR global settings if you are not a JIRA admin nor Advanced Roadmaps administrator.

As configuration of hierarchy is global, it cannot be configure by plan

I agreed with @Florian Bonniec stated.  First you must be the Jira admins to be able to configure hierarchy setup.  The demo video is more than likely for the Cloud env.  Anyhow, if you are a member of the Jira admins - You can access it via the following ways 

Data Center

From the Jira Administration icon (gear symbol) upper right corner >> Manage Apps.  In the Manage Apps UI - find the "Advanced Roadmaps for Jira" section >> Click on Hierarchy configuration"

Cloud

From the "Plan" option in the top nav menu bar >> Settings.  From the Settings UI, click on "Hierarchy configuration" within the PLANs section.
