We are trying to manage clients commitments in a structured way using Jira.
The use case we are having is as followed
- All customers - new and existing raise requests - we call them "product gaps".
- Some prospects log important commitments to them in the contract, which means we must deliver them by a certain date. So a product gap is created, and we need a way to highlight it.
- The commitment has a deadline, and several months before it's over due, we need to see it's part of the plan
The challenges:
- Creating an holistic view of requested commitments compared to ARR for a specific client, linked to the product gap(So we will have the description of the problem)
- "Clearing the noise" since there are a lot of product gaps, have a clear view with commitment requests and nothing else
How would you approach this?
