Jira Portfolio does not import assignee on 'done' issues

When i create a new plan and import data from Jira, the information about assigned team member is not set when story is marked as done.

This it how it works or am i missing something?

Scheduling options
Assignee import level: Sub-task
Maximum assignees per story: not set
All other options: on

Hi @Marcin Paradowski,

 

Your understanding is correct, Portfolio will not import the assignee on closed issues.

The reason is that the assignee import happens when Portfolio calculates the optimal way to resolve an issue (Who should work on it and when), if the issue is already resolved then nothing will be calculated for it!
