Issues under Epic do not show for all my teams when I have View settings = Teams

I have Premium Cloud version of Jira SW. I set up my Advance Roadmap where source = project, built my teams in Adv Roadmaps and associated the teams to the project.

I can see the associated issues under the epic in the Basic view. But, with Basic view and when I set View settings, Group by = Teams, I cannot see the linked issues (stories, tasks, bugs) under the epics for all the teams. All the teams do have specific team members associated with them.

Can someone help me resolve?

Thanks.

Hi @Apryl Harris

Do those stories etc have the team field populated, or just the Epics? As to show up under a team, each issue needs the team field populated with that team.

Ahhhh....thanks for the hint. I'll double check that.
