Hello again @Pratibha Tambakad

As per your other question.....

Does the created Initiative meet the criteria of the issue source/s of the plan?

Do you have the Hierarchy set to show the Initiative level on the plan?

For an issue (any type of issue) to appear on the plan (whether it is created via the plan or directly in Jira) it has to meet the criteria of the Issue source/s. Also, if you create an Initiative (or any issue type set in a level above Epic) then the view you are looking at in the plan needs to be set to show that level of the hierarchy.
