Is it possible to set up saved views in Portfolio

Is it possible to set up saved views in Portfolio?

I’ve had a few complaints that users have to re-set their columns and filters too frequently and am wondering if we can get a view set up to share globally, or at least instructions for users to set their own personal views.

Hi @Linda Wanitschek,

When a shared report is generated the filters and configuration are saved with it. You can read more about shared reports here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfoliocloud/sharing-the-reports-858567600.html

Cheers,

Thomas

yes we see that but we want the Scope above and the fields below.

The issue is we use the Scope screen, with the calendar above and epics listed below.  We have key information that makes for quick review and update.  The team is quite large.  but they have to keep res-electing the fields displayed below the scope.

makes it very frustrating.
