Hello all,
I face a strange issue when implementing a road map for jira in confluence. At the moment I paste the link of the roadmap, the software is not able to fetch the data. It generates the following error:
I have the same error

We have the very same problem. Operations did an update to Jira V9.12.2 and Confluence 8.7.2 last week and Confluence Roadmap Macro stopped working. So this is an Atlassian problem I think.

Hey @Hassan Zerda ,
The error message you're encountering (“Failed to fetch”) indicates an issue with Confluence fetching data for your Advanced Roadmaps for Jira plan. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check Permissions:
Ensure the Confluence user inserting the plan has the necessary permissions to view the Jira roadmap. Verify that the user has “Browse” access to the Jira project where the roadmap resides.
2. Consider the HTML Macro (Workaround):
there's a potential workaround using the HTML macro in Confluence.
Go to your Jira plan and click “Share.”
Select “Embed” and copy the provided code snippet.
In your Confluence page, insert an HTML macro and paste the copied code snippet.
3. Clear Confluence Cache (Optional):
In some cases, clearing Confluence's cache can resolve temporary glitches. Consult your Confluence administrator for the appropriate steps on how to do this for your specific setup.
