Iniciatives - Not showing as Epic Parents.

Hello,

We have the following problem:

We can't see the Iniacitives on our Scope, on the filter we select from Iniative to X (any issue) an always it groups as "with not parent". Ours issue types are : Iniciative, Epic,User Story, Task, etc.

We have configured it on Portfolio -> Administration -> Hierarchy leves..Following this link:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolioserver/configuring-initiatives-and-other-hierarchy-levels-802170489.html?_ga=2.58312234.1221488346.1583481427-1933031493.1583481427

But still not working properly.

Any idea what is happening?

Regards.

Hi @Javier Gabrielli ,

Adding the Initiative hierarchy level only defines the structure. To set an Initiative as an Epic's parent, you'll need to add the 'Parent Link' field (automatically created by Portfolio) to the Epic's screens and set the value to be the Initiative.
