In Portfolio Reports, the actuals for Themes is not updating?

I would like the estimates and actuals in Portfolio reports for Themes to update so I can determine where we are spending our time.  The actuals and estimates are not updating.  I have assigned all initiatives to a theme and al epics to an initiative. On the scope view the themes have progress bar updates but its not pulling through to the Reports page?  Has anyone else had this problem and what can I do to rectify it?
