I am fairly new to Jira and Portfolio. I have got a trail licence of Portfolio and I have tried to create a plan for one of the projects we have running (i've actually tried multiple projects) but when I go through the set-up wizard the 'scope' i.e the issues are not displayed so I can't select and tasks as part of the scope.
Can anyone offer any suggestions?
I also have Tempo planner & timesheets installed but I have disabled the trial version of Planner for now.
Thanks...
Hi, Gavin
Under the Issue Source of your plan, did you make sure to select the issues you want to import to your plan?
Sometimes people forget to select them all or even deselect them by mistake.
Gabi
Hi Gabriele,
There were no issues to select, the page is completely blank. I am thinking it has something to do with the set-up of our projects - I have created a fresh test project and a dummy task and it is being pulled through, just not on the existing projects.

Hey, Gavin
Do you have Jira Cloud or Server running?
If it's Cloud, is there any chance that your projects are next-gen projects?
