Importing a CSV file to update tickets

We have created custom fields within JIRA based off a report that has been created and was updated manually.

I pulled an AIO report with the field names as headers and updated the information in the report to Import. The tickets are already created, I am just trying to bulk update the fields vs having to enter all of the information manually.

When I import it does not pull the information from the fields - what step did I miss while doing the import?

I would prefer not to share the file as we have some client information that is internal only.

The import is trying to create tickets when I just want to update them.Screenshot 2020-10-21 154108.png
