I don't have "Saved views" tab in Advanced Roadmaps plan settings

Hi, I would like to save and manage views in Jira Advanced Roadmaps for my plan, I can see all of the related articles (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolioserver/saving-a-view-998647043.html) even though I have administration permissions.

Zrzut ekranu 2020-10-21 o 09.48.24.pngAs you can see in the picture above there is no "Saved views" under "Scheduling". Also there is no "Views" option in the actual planning interface. All I can do is share read-only views using the "Share" button.

@Sowa - I believe this functionality was introduced in AR version 3.23.  If you don't see it, then please check what version that you are using?

We are on Jira DC and AR version 3.29.1.

Hope this helps.

Does the AR for Jira Premium (Cloud) allow views to be saved? If so, I can't figure out how to do that.

@Rick Olson same here, @Joseph Chung Yin thank for your reply, I am on Cloud and can't see it, are you sure you've successfully released this functionality to Cloud version?

@Sowa  - I don't work for Atlassian, we are a customer of them on AR.  So, you will need to contact your Atlassian Support Team in regards to Cloud.

@Sowa @Rick Olson - Based on Atlassian's documentation for Cloud AR, here is a link on saving views -https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapscloud/creating-saved-views-1019399409.html

Again, you should reach out to your Atlassian's support team.

@Sowa @Rick Olson When we release a feature to Cloud we actually roll it out over a period of time to our customers - we don't release to all customers at once (this is done so that we can monitor the roll-out to be sure that is not introducing any unforeseen problems). At the time of writing, we are still in the process of rolling out this feature and the majority of customers.

If you are using the "Release tracks" feature (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/manage-release-tracks-1019402393.html) then typically features arrive later.

Unfortunately documentation and marketing isn't rolled out in the same way so there is a short window where some customers can see information on a feature that they don't yet have access to.

However, rest assured that this feature will be available for all customers in due course.

I hope this helps!

Regards,

Dave
