I created subtask to the story in the advanced road map, but subtask got created without the number

I tried creating a subtask from the Advanced road map by clicking the 3 dots next to the story .  the task got created but without the number. when I click on it it is taking me to the sprint board. they are not showing as subtaks in the Story as well.  how do i view them and assign the number to it?

Hi @Archana Keswani,

That is expected behaviour. Advanced Roadmaps is a bit like a sandbox. Every change you do there is only saved to Jira after you explicitly commit that change (to allow you to try things out first before you actually save them).

To save your subtask to Jira, near the top right corner of your Advanced Roadmaps plan click the Review Changes button. Then confirm by clicking Save changes to Jira (or something like that).

After that, your subtask should be saved and assigned its proper key.

Hope this helps!
