Hi Team,
In advance roadmaps I'm not able to see some epics under a deliverables.
I already check filters, labels, fix version, sprint, epic link, almost everything but still I cannot visualize. The most curious is that the other deliverables that has the same characteristics is showing the epics linked
Hi @Karol Bernal ,
Did you check the scope of your plan ?
If you can share more details about your plan or program, like the scope the filters you are using, some screenshots of what you can an cannot display.
Thanks,
Hi Majidi,
This is an example of the plan. As you can see deliverable 1 and 2 has epics underneath to show. But that doesn't happen with number 3 deliverable.
The number 3 deliverable has child issues (epics) linked. Same characteristics as deliverable number 1 & 2.
Could you please help me with that.
Thanks
Karol

All the Epics are on the same project ?
If not, what type of project are you using for the Epics you don't see on your plan ?

Hi @Karol Bernal ,
If they are all under the same project, probably your scope does not include all the boards.
Can you please screenshot your scope. It's normally in you plan settings menu under issue sources ?

Thank you so much @Taha El Majidi that solved my issue!!!
I did not have linked both boards.

Thank you

Please check if the non-visible Epics that are linked to by means of the "Parent Link" field and not the Issue Link Type "Parent/Child"
The first option is for showing items in hierarchy within Jira Advanced Roadmap, the second is just for issue linking, but not in hierarchy.

Hi Karol,
Are your epics not shown in Team managed project(s) ? This project type is not manageable in advanced Roadmaps...
Best regards,
Mathieu
