How to track frequency of team membership changes

When a team owner adds or removes someone from a team, I imagine there is an entry in a log. How do I identify that entry and count it.

We are looking to integrate Groupworks with Jira and if we need to refresh Groupworks with changes in Jira, we are deciding on intra-day, daily, weekly, etc.,

The frequency of membership changes will help us decide the refresh frequency.
