How to model a more complex setup?

We have a BU that includes multiple programs. Each program has multiple products. How do I model this in Jira/Portfolio?
Key areas of interest:
- some teams may work on multiple products, some teams are dedicated to a product,
- there are dependencies between programs and products
- show roadmaps at product level and at program level
- show dependencies at product level and at program level
What do I mean by how do I model:
i.e. my program = Jira portfolio program
my product = Jira Portfolio Plan ...
I tried a lot but nothing seems to work to work with dependencies at epic and story level between products and programs.
