Hello! I created a Program from a set of four plans. After adding the plans, I was expecting all epics to appear in the 'Schedule' view when set to 'Epic' in the hierarchy. Unfortunately, only one epic is showing despite there being multiple across the four plans. I have experimented with adding various types of start dates and end dates, and also adding a sprint to the epics. What fields are required to ensure an epic appears in the Schedule view of a Program?
Adding a 'Target Start' and 'Target End' date to each epic enabled display in Schedule view.
Have you checked the setting for how long you show resolved tickets? Keep in mind, Plans isn't reading your statuses but rather looking for whether your Resolution is empty to start the clock on how long something has been resolved (as does the indexing in Jira and many other add-ons).

Thanks, Crystelle. I found that adding a ‘Target Start’ and ‘Target End’ date to each epic enabled display in Schedule view.
