Hello,
I have installed Jira Software, Jira Desk and Confluence on my local computer.
I have also purchased Jira Porftfolio. But I'm unable to install this plugin becaus my Jira is not able to connect to internet in "manage apps". Where can I find an installation file ?
Thanks.
Greetings @Nabil BEKARI ,
you should download the *.obr file from their download archives, and install it manually in case your JIRA instance is not allowed or unable to connect to the internet.

Hi @Nabil BEKARI ,
you can simply go to the Portfolio Marketplace page and download the .obr file. Then in Jira, in Manage Apps, you can upload it.

I have downloaded the .obr file but not getting the option of add-on. I have Apps under admin and there find apps and managed apps but no manage add-ons. Can you pls help me how to install Jira portfolio? I am using a trial version is that a bottleneck?

It is saying Jira portfolio cannot be installed on this cloud instance. Is it because I am using trial instance?
