How to disable task reassignment in Jira Portfolio?

We have a heavily specialized team and have assigned issues based on who is going to work on them. Jira Portfolio is reassigning these issues based on capacity which isn't at all correct for our team.

Can we stop Portfolio from reassigning issues to load balance? The load balancing makes our estimates almost pointless.

Thank you for creating the Suggestion ticket JPOSERVER-2256 - Disable task re-assignment.  I have voted on the issue and added internal notes to add impact.
