Hi @James Booker III

There are two locations you might need to update settings to allow a Roadmap to be editable by others.

---

Platform Settings:

You'll need to be a Jira Admin, and then...

  1. Go to Plans (top navigation bar) > Settings
  2. Select "Advanced Roadmaps Permissions" from the left-hand menu
  3. Ensure that relevant Groups of users have access to the "User" permission, which allow users to create/edit plans

---

Plan Settings:

  1. Open your Plan, and enter the Plan Settings
  2. Select "Permissions" from the left-hand menu
  3. Provide users access to edit the Plan (if not already set to "all users") - as either individual users or groups

---

Let us know if this helps!
