Example:
Project name:Test Board(B)
Board Name: TB Board
Copy name: Copy TB Board
If i am delete the issues in Copy TB Board, the same issue is getting deleted in TB Board
Boards are not containers for issues, they are views.
The reason an issue is deleted on both boards is that deleting an issue deletes the single object the boards were looking at.
Thanks Nic!
I need to copy a board without any issues on the same project.

Again, boards are not containers.
If you copy a board, it's going to show the same issues as the source board, because it's selecting the same issues from the list. It's nonsense to expect a copy to "not have any issues" because you're copying something that is configured to show the same things.
Please, think again about what a board is.

Hello,
Issues do not belong to boards. Issues are selected for a board by the filter, which is defined for the board. Go to the board configuration and change the board's filter on the General tab.

I need to copy a board without any issues on the same project

Hi Alex, I think what Dinesh wants is just to have a new board. But the new JIRA version doesn't allow that option of creating a brand new blank board.
